The blow down valve at the bottom of the boiler is used to force steam out of the boiler at the end of a day of use. That helps clean the boiler of scale, prolonging its life and reducing any downtime.

This iron has a dedicated blow down valve at the bottom of the boiler that drains into a purpose made bottle. This forces steam out of the boiler at the end of a day of use helping clean the boiler of scale.

Perhaps the most requested is anything that might clean an iron easily - and now we've found the perfect answer. Ez-Off is made in the USA and is designed for professionals to clean their commercial irons.
Here's how it's used;
Suitable for Professional Styled Irons
This is a metal mat covered in rubber for. Sturdy enough for dry cleaners, tailors and factory outlets.
Unlike most professional iron mats these are metal, coated in a non-slip heat resistant finish, making them both heavy enough not to move in use and sturdy enough to place a hot professional iron on, face down.
These are a great value tool that will speed up your ironing.
Comes Ready to Plug In
If you have one of our DrClean - (or Snail) irons this replacement will just plug in and replece any faulty iron you have.
Lightweight heavy domestic/light commercial use.
Comes with single braided rubber steam hose, cloth insulated electric cable, four pin square plug and clip-on Teflon shoe.
Iron with electrical wire and socket, and steam hose.
PLEASE NOTE - this iron needs a boiler to produce steam it doesn't produce steam on its own.
